Jo Zander arrived in Israel in 2003. Though coming from a family of bakers, his true passion was chocolate. That's why he decided to open a chocolate factory just outside the city of Hebron, in a settlement called Pnei Chaver.
Jo's ideology is bean-to-bar, meaning he's involved in every phase of chocolate making, resulting in a high-quality product – an 8-time winner of the International Chocolate Award.
